Healthy Living Programme
The Healthy Living Programme is an informal education programme that explores people’s attitudes towards cancer and raises awareness of how appropriate behaviour, regular self-examination and a healthy lifestyle can reduce cancer risks.
Methods of delivery include short PowerPoint presentations, videos, quizzes, visual aids, groupwork and discussion.
Groups that have availed of this Healthy Living course have found it to be very enjoyable and informative.
